Sign up, then open Connect and pick your platform. Sleeper connects instantly with your username or league URL. ESPN connects with your league ID and team ID (and the browser extension for live drafts — see below). Yahoo uses a secure sign-in and is rolling out. On any other platform you can still run everything in manual mode.

ESPN doesn't make live draft picks available to outside apps. The free Fourth & AI — ESPN Draft Syncextension reads the picks from your own ESPN draft page (in your browser) and streams them to your Live draft board so you get real-time, roster-aware recommendations. Sleeper doesn't need it.

1. Connect your ESPN league at fourthandai.com first.
2. Install the extension (Chrome, Edge, or Brave) from the Chrome Web Store.
3. Open your ESPN draft — picks flow to your Live tab automatically.

Click the extension's toolbar icon anytime to confirm it's connected.

It reads only your draft picks and league/team IDsfrom ESPN fantasy draft pages — nothing else. It never reads your password, payment details, or other sites, and it only runs on ESPN draft pages. It stores just a small local “connected” status. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

• Make sure the ESPN draft page is open in the same browser as the extension.
• Hit ↻ Refresh on your Live draft board.
• Confirm the extension icon shows it's connected; reload the ESPN tab if not.
• When you're on the clock, give it a second to generate the recommendation.

Manual mode works on any platform — no connection needed. Pick your draft slot, then tap Taken as players come off the board and Minefor your picks. The snake math tracks when you're on the clock and the assistant recommends the best available fit for your roster.

Use the Recently off the boardstrip to undo a mistaken “Taken,” and the ✕on your team to remove a wrong “Mine.” You can also tap ✕next to any suggested player to stop recommending them (handy for keepers or names you'd never draft).

When it's your pick, the assistant checks your current roster and needs before recommending — that takes a moment. If it ever seems stuck, hit ↻ Refresh.
