Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Fourth & AI is an informational fantasy-football assistant. It produces projections, lineup suggestions, trade evaluations, draft recommendations, and analysis based on historical and third-party data and statistical models, and it may use AI to generate written explanations. All output is provided for informational purposes only.

Fantasy sports involve chance and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, win, ranking, or result. Projections and recommendations are estimates, may be wrong, and should not be your sole basis for any decision. You are solely responsible for the lineup, trade, draft, and roster decisions you make.

The Service connects to third-party fantasy platforms (such as Sleeper and ESPN) and uses third-party and public NFL data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, NFL.com, or any other provider. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their data or availability may change or break at any time. You are responsible for having the right to connect any league or account you link.

Paid plans (currently Pro and Dynasty) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Prices may change on a prospective basis with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any third party’s terms;
• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except as permitted;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• misuse AI features to generate unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

The Service, including its software, models, and content (excluding third-party data and your own inputs), is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial fantasy use while your account is in good standing.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection or recommendation is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or fantasy standings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
