• Account information — your email address and login credentials (authentication is handled by Supabase).
• Connected league data — when you link a fantasy platform (e.g. Sleeper or ESPN), we retrieve and store your league, roster, and team information to power the Service.
• Payment information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles them and shares limited billing status with us.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and general device information, to understand and improve the Service.
• Content you submit — questions you ask the AI assistant and choices you make in the app.

• to provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• to generate projections, recommendations, and AI-written analysis for your team;
• to process payments and manage your subscription;
• to communicate with you about your account or the Service; and
• to secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We share information only as needed with providers who help us run the Service, under their own privacy terms:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Anthropic — AI model that generates written analysis (from the prompts and stats we send).
• Vercel — hosting and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.
• Google Analytics — site usage measurement (pages visited, general device and traffic information), using cookies.
• Fantasy platforms — Sleeper, ESPN, and others you choose to connect.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as light/dark mode). We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete a connected league at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. billing records).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our optional, free Fourth & AI — ESPN Draft Sync browser extension lets you get live recommendations during an ESPN draft (ESPN does not make live draft picks available to apps any other way). When it is installed and your ESPN draft page is open:

• It reads only your draft picks and your league/team identifiers from the ESPN fantasy draft page in your own browser.
• It sends those picks to Fourth & AI (fourthandai.com), keyed by your league ID, so your Live draft board can show real-time recommendations.
• It does not read your ESPN password, payment details, or browsing history, and it only runs on ESPN fantasy football draft pages — no other sites.
• It stores only a small local sync-status indicator in your browser. Picks sent to us are transient draft-tracking data tied to your league; we do not sell them.

You can remove the extension at any time from your browser's extensions page.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
